Last week, I had the privilege to interview Mackenzie Cox, a fellow classmate of mine. We were told to ask each other about “pain as an opportunity,” meaning a moment in our life in which we turned our pain into something positive. Mackenzie told the story of how her grandfather, whom she was very close to, passed away three days before the most important performance of her life up until then. Using her story, I created an audio that puts together the most important parts of the story.
